Delivery Driver/Shop Assistant

Driver / Shop Assistant - NO CDL required. Factory Driver/ Shop Assistant. Experience Pulling Trailers for local manufacturing deliveries within local Phoenix metro area, for year-round, long-term employment. Phoenix area manufacturer is expanding, looking for hard-working, motivated individuals to fill full-time driver position ASAP. Trailer loads may include structural steel or equipment. CDL not required. —Primary job function is driving, but candidate will be asked to assist with miscellaneous shop/packaging/shipping prep tasks (help others where most needed) when not actively driving during the day to be productive during their shift (tasks such as counting/packing hardware for next day install, or shrink-wrapping a pallet for shipment, organizing shop space to maintain safety, etc.) Starting Rate of Pay: $44,000/year depending experience. —Must have trailer pulling and maneuvering experience. Company Trucks are F150 - F450 level trucks and each pulls trailers when required. —Forklift experience required. —Must have clean 5-yr driving record.
