Position Summary ChemStation Connecticut is seeking a dependable, customer-focused Delivery Driver / Service Technician to join our team. This is much more than a driving position. You'll be responsible for safely delivering industrial cleaning chemicals to customer locations throughout Southern New England (VT, MA, RI, CT, NY) while serving as the face of our company. In addition to deliveries, you'll perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot chemical dispensing equipment and repair systems, and build strong relationships with our customers. If you enjoy a position that combines driving, hands-on mechanical work, customer interaction, and problem-solving, this is an excellent opportunity. All routes are local. You'll be home every night. Qualifications Valid CDL (Class B required) Hazardous Materials (HazMat) and Tanker Endorsements required MUST PASS DRUG TEST AND BACKGROUND CHECK Clean driving record and ability to maintain DOT compliance Previous local delivery driving experience preferred Experience delivering chemicals, propane, fuel oil, lubricants, or other bulk liquid products is highly preferred Previous chemical handling experience is a strong plus Mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and repair dispensing equipment Experience with pumps, plumbing, electrical systems, hydraulic equipment, or industrial machinery is a plus Comfortable using hand and power tools Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to work independently and manage daily routes efficiently Reliable, dependable, and safety-focused with excellent attendance Ability to lift up to 75 lbs repeatedly throughout the day Forklift experience is a plus High school diploma or equivalent What We're Looking For Our ideal candidate is someone who: Takes pride in their work Enjoys working independently Is mechanically inclined and likes solving problems Values safety and attention to detail Builds positive relationships with customers Wants a long-term career with a growing company Benefits Competitive hourly pay Local routes — home every night Paid training Paid time off and holidays Health insurance 401(k) with company match (if applicable) Company-provided uniforms Opportunities for advancement within a growing organization Join a company where your work makes a difference every day.
