**SEASONAL DELIVERY DRIVER** HIRING ASAP – HIRING ON THE SPOT! Seasonal Position: On or Around October 15, 2026 – January 2027 Potential Opportunity for Permanent Employment Independent Capital Distributors LLC (INDC) is a package delivery company operating out of Revere, MA , delivering packages for Amazon. We are hiring Part-Time and Full-Time Seasonal Delivery Drivers for the upcoming holiday season. PAY & JOB DETAILS $25.25–$26.25 per hour | Weekly Pay 21+ years old required 8–10 hour shifts Start time: 9:20 AM 180+ stops / 200–400+ packages per shift Must be available to work Saturday or Sunday No CDL or previous delivery experience required Paid training provided Company delivery vehicle provided Work in all weather conditions RESPONSIBILITIES Safely operate a company cargo van and follow all traffic laws and safety policies. Deliver Amazon packages accurately, safely, and on time. Provide professional, positive, and courteous customer service. Use GPS and company technology to navigate and complete deliveries. Load and unload packages safely. Complete required vehicle safety inspections. Communicate with Dispatch and team members as needed. Lift and carry packages weighing up to 70 lbs. Assist other drivers with route rescues when needed. REQUIREMENTS Must be at least 21 years old. Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record. Legally authorized to work in the United States. Must pass required background screening. Must successfully pass a 4-Panel Pre-Employment Drug Screening (marijuana not included). Reliable attendance and punctuality.
