We're hiring a reliable delivery driver to keep our cafés stocked from our central prep kitchen — daily runs between locations, plus light prep work in the kitchen when you're off the road. The honest pitch : Both founders have worked soul-crushing, thankless jobs. We have zero interest in recreating that. We're building a team that actually likes showing up — and a role where you're trusted to own your route and your day. What you'll do Daily delivery runs between our prep kitchen and café locations Load and unload safely — keeping food at temp and product undamaged Light prep work in the kitchen between runs (packaging, simple assembly, helping the team stay ahead) Light vehicle care (fuel, cleanliness, flagging anything that needs service) Be the connective tissue between our locations What we're looking for Valid SC driver's license and a clean driving record (we'll verify) Reliability above all Able to lift up to 50 lbs and on/off the vehicle repeatedly Good sense of direction around Charleston, calm in traffic Willingness to jump into kitchen prep when you're off the road What you get $22/hour Company vehicle + all gas covered — zero miles on your own car Mostly 6 AM – 2 PM, with some schedule flexibility Free shift meals, employee discount, and room to grow as we open more locations To apply: Send a resume or just a few sentences about yourself to team@oddduckmarkets.com.
