You'll deliver auto parts to local customers, build relationships along your route, and help keep the store running smoothly. No long-haul driving. No overnight trips. What You'll Do Deliver auto parts to local customers on assigned routes, making multiple stops throughout the day Provide friendly, reliable customer service at every delivery Verify orders for accuracy and ensure deliveries are completed on time Load and unload parts safely, including batteries, rotors, and other automotive components Collect COD payments, document deliveries, and handle returns and cores Keep the delivery vehicle clean, organized, and ready for the road Assist with store operations, including stocking and organizing parts, when not making deliveries What We're Looking For At least 18 years old with a valid driver's license and a satisfactory driving record High school diploma or GED Dependable, punctual, and comfortable working independently Strong attention to detail and good communication skills A customer-focused attitude and willingness to help the team Comfortable using computers, tablets, and basic technology Ability to learn delivery routes, follow directions, and work in a fast-paced environment Automotive parts experience is helpful, but a strong work ethic, reliability, and a willingness to learn are what matter most. The Physical Side of the Job This is an active, hands-on position for someone who enjoys staying busy throughout the day. Responsibilities include: Lifting and carrying parts weighing up to 60 pounds Using carts, dollies, and hand trucks to move heavier items safely Getting in and out of the delivery vehicle frequently Standing, walking, bending, reaching, kneeling, pushing, and pulling throughout the shift Working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions Repeatedly handling, loading, and organizing automotive parts Why Join Sanel NAPA?
