Delivery Driver / Owner Operator – Edmonton Job Summary ASTN Logistics & Transportation is looking for reliable Owner-Operator Delivery Drivers in Edmonton for last-mile delivery routes. Drivers must have their own cargo van, Sprinter, Ford Transit, or similar vehicle. Routes consist of multiple deliveries throughout Edmonton and surrounding areas. Delivery volume varies by route, with opportunities for ongoing and additional work for dependable drivers. Responsibilities Complete assigned deliveries throughout Edmonton and surrounding areas Pick up packages from the designated warehouse/depot Follow an optimized delivery route using a mobile delivery app Scan packages and provide required proof of delivery Communicate with dispatch regarding delivery issues or unsuccessful attempts Handle packages carefully and professionally Complete assigned routes within the required delivery window Maintain a reliable and roadworthy vehicle Requirements Own a reliable cargo van, Sprinter, Ford Transit, or similar vehicle Valid Alberta driver’s licence Valid vehicle insurance Clean driving record Smartphone with data Comfortable using a delivery/route application Reliable and punctual Able to complete high-volume routes Previous courier or last-mile delivery experience is an asset Must be available in the Edmonton area Schedule Daytime routes Routes may operate between approximately 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM Actual completion time depends on package volume and route density Additional routes may be available based on performance and demand Compensation Approximately $150–$325+ per route/day depending on delivery volume and service area Compensation is per delivery/route, not hourly Higher compensation applies to qualifying deliveries outside Edmonton Owner-operators are responsible for their own vehicle and fuel expenses Job Type: Independent Contractor / Owner Operator Pay: $150.00-$350.00 per day Application question(s): Do you own or have consistent access to a cargo van, Sprinter, Ford Transit, or similar vehicle?
