Delivery Driver / Owner-Operator – Calgary, AB

ASTN Logistics & Transportation is expanding its delivery operations in Calgary and is currently seeking reliable, motivated, and professional Delivery Drivers / Owner-Operators to join our growing team. We are looking for individuals with their own vehicles who are interested in consistent delivery opportunities and long-term work. Successful candidates will be responsible for completing last-mile deliveries throughout Calgary and surrounding communities while maintaining a high standard of customer service, reliability, and efficiency. Key Responsibilities Pick up and deliver packages to residential and commercial locations. Complete assigned deliveries accurately and within required timeframes. Use a mobile delivery application to manage routes, track deliveries, and provide proof of delivery. Handle packages carefully to prevent damage or loss. Communicate with dispatch regarding delivery updates or issues. Maintain professionalism when interacting with customers. Follow all traffic laws and company delivery procedures. Requirements Valid driver's licence. Reliable personal vehicle (sedan, SUV, minivan, or cargo van). Valid vehicle insurance and registration. Smartphone with GPS and mobile data. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Strong time-management and organizational skills. Previous experience with Amazon, Intelcom, UniUni, DoorDash, or other courier services is an asset but not required. Familiarity with Calgary and surrounding areas is preferred. Must be dependable, punctual, and committed to completing assigned deliveries. Compensation & Opportunities Competitive pay per completed delivery. Earnings based on completed delivery volume and assigned delivery areas. Opportunities for consistent routes and ongoing work. Potential for additional delivery assignments as operations expand. Independent contractor position — drivers provide their own vehicles and cover fuel and operating expenses. Schedule Day shifts. Weekday and weekend availability.
