Delivery Driver (Non-CDL) and Warehouse Associate

Overview Join our HVAC Distribution team as a Delivery Driver (Non-CDL) and Warehouse Associate and become a vital part of our logistics and customer service operations! Responsibilities Safely operate box trucks and other vehicles for delivery routes, adhering strictly to traffic regulations and DOT (Department of Transportation) standards Load, unload, and secure cargo using manual handling techniques and material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and carts Execute efficient route driving plans to ensure timely delivery schedules while maintaining safety protocols Assist with warehouse operations including inventory management, manual lifting, moving goods, and using material handling equipment Communicate effectively with dispatch teams via mobile devices to coordinate deliveries and report any issues or delays Provide exceptional customer service by delivering goods professionally, answering questions, and ensuring customer satisfaction Follow safe lifting practices during manual handling tasks involving heavy or bulky items Skills Prior experience in delivery driving or courier roles with a focus on route driving and load & unload procedures Warehouse experience including material handling equipment operation such as pallet jacks and moving carts Knowledge of commercial truck driving principles, including manual transmission operation where applicable Strong understanding of DOT regulations related to weight handling in the workplace and safe driving practices Ability to lift heavy items safely while adhering to safe lifting practices and manual handling standards Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor Proficiency with mobile devices for route navigation, communication, and documentation purposes We’re committed to supporting your growth in warehouse operations, commercial driving, and customer service, making every day on the road an opportunity to excel.
