ConfidentialGRANDSONS TRUCKING IS HIRING Non-CDL Delivery Driver / Appliance Installer Starting Pay: $200/Day Increase to $225/Day after 6 months with good performance and attendance Paid Weekly Grandsons Trucking is seeking an experienced, dependable, and professional driver to operate a 26-ft box truck with a lift gate while working with a helper to deliver and install household appliances in customers’ homes. Pay & Schedule Starting pay: $200 per day $225 per day after 6 months with good performance and attendance Paid weekly Consistent work available Schedule may be up to 6 days per week Two-person driver/helper team Requirements Previous 26-ft box truck driving experience REQUIRED Valid Missouri Class E driver’s license with clean driving record Appliance delivery/installation experience strongly preferred Comfortable operating a lift gate and using basic hand tools Able to safely lift and maneuver 40+ lbs Must be dependable, punctual, and safety-conscious Professional appearance and strong customer-service skills Must work well with a helper Comfortable using a smartphone for navigation and delivery updates Responsibilities Safely operate and maintain the 26-ft box truck, complete pre/post-trip inspections, load and deliver household appliances, assist with installations, protect customers’ homes and property, communicate with dispatch, complete required delivery documentation, and keep the truck clean and organized. This is more than a driving job.
