As a Delivery Associate, you will operate a company-provided delivery vehicle and deliver packages safely, accurately, and on time throughout the community. Benefits Include: Starting pay: $23.25/hour Weekly pay Consistent daytime delivery schedules Typical schedule: 4 days per week (30–40+ hours) Shift: 11:15 AM - 9:15 PM Additional hours available based on business needs and performance Paid training provided Company-provided delivery vehicle (no CDL required) Company-provided uniforms and safety equipment Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance available for eligible employees 401(k) retirement plan with company matching Tuition reimbursement for continued education, certifications, and professional development — up to $5,250 per year Paid Time Off begins accruing immediately upon employment Performance incentives and recognition opportunities Career advancement opportunities into leadership roles Schedule Daytime delivery routes only Routes operate 7 days per week Typical shifts: 8–10 hours per day Expected hours: 30–40+ hours per week Work location: In person Delivery Associate Responsibilities As a Delivery Associate, you will: Safely operate a company delivery vehicle while following all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies Complete vehicle inspections before and after routes Load and organize packages inside the delivery vehicle Deliver packages safely, accurately, and efficiently to residential, commercial, and business locations Provide professional and courteous customer service Use a company-provided smartphone for GPS navigation, package scanning, delivery information, and communication Follow delivery instructions and complete required delivery documentation Communicate effectively with dispatchers, supervisors, and fellow team members Assist other drivers when needed through rescue support Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle Work safely in various weather conditions Lift packages up to 50 lbs and repeatedly enter and exit the delivery vehicle throughout the day Ideal Candidate We are looking for individuals who: Are reliable, punctual, and accountable Have strong attention to detail Can work independently while contributing to a team environment Communicate effectively and professionally Prioritize safety and customer satisfaction Enjoy working outdoors and staying active Can quickly adapt and solve problems in a fast-paced environment Preferred qualifications: Military veterans are encouraged to apply Previous military, logistics, warehouse, delivery, or transportation experience is a plus Commercial, DOT, or CDL experience is welcomed but not required Leadership experience is highly valued Equipment Provided Arctic Engineering & Logistics provides: Delivery vehicle Delivery smartphone/device Uniforms Safety equipment Training and ongoing operational support Hiring Process The hiring process typically takes 1–2 weeks .
