Pay Rate: $21.50 per hour Location: Allentown, PA Hours: 40 hours minimum per week Expected Start: Early November 2026 Position Overview SATTVA SERVICES LLC is seeking reliable, safety-conscious individuals to join our team as full-time Delivery Drivers. As a Delivery Driver, you will play a key role in ensuring timely and accurate delivery of packages to customers across the Lehigh Valley while maintaining a high standard of professionalism and customer service. Compensation and Benefits - $21.50 per hour - Paid time off (PTO) - $125 toward safety footwear - Additional performance-based bonuses - Health benefits and 401(k), subject to eligibility - Company vehicle provided - No CDL required - Growth opportunities into Lead, Dispatcher, and other operations roles based on performance Schedule - Full-time, 40 hours minimum per week - Typically 4–5 days per week - Weekend availability required on a rotating basis - Daytime routes; longer days possible during the holiday season Responsibilities - Safely operate company delivery vehicles in accordance with all traffic laws and company policies - Utilize a handheld device for route navigation, delivery updates, and customer communication - Follow assigned routes efficiently to ensure timely deliveries - Load and unload packages weighing up to 50 lbs - Enter and exit the delivery vehicle frequently and climb stairs as needed - Complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections - Provide courteous and professional service to all customers Requirements - Must be 21 years of age or older - Valid driver's license - Safe driving record; final candidates must pass a background check and motor vehicle record review - Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in all weather conditions - Comfortable using a smartphone or handheld device Why Join Our Team This is an excellent opportunity for dependable, motivated individuals seeking stable, long-term work in a supportive, team-focused environment.
