Delivery Driver - Local - Monday thru Friday

You’ll play a crucial role in ensuring that our products reach our valued customers safely and on time. With your exceptional driving skills and a commitment to outstanding customer service, you’ll navigate routes efficiently while handling deliveries with care. If you’re ready to hit the road and make a difference, we want to hear from you! What you’ll do Drive a box truck to deliver goods to various locations, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries. Load and unload products safely using equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks, adhering to safety protocols. Maintain an organized delivery schedule while navigating routes effectively to optimize delivery times. Provide excellent customer service by interacting positively with clients during drop-offs and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure the truck is in safe operating condition. Handle heavy lifting and moving of packages, ensuring proper techniques are used for safety. Document delivery activities accurately, including mileage logs and delivery confirmations. Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure efficient loading processes and inventory management. Basic qualifications Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) with experience driving box trucks. Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor when interacting with clients. Ability to perform heavy lifting and moving tasks as required by the job. Preferred qualifications Previous experience as a delivery driver. Familiarity with manual transmission vehicles is a plus. Experience working in a warehouse environment, including knowledge of loading/unloading procedures.
