Your Earning Potential Our top-performing third of drivers currently average approximately $18.21/hour in total compensation , including hourly pay and customer tips, but excluding mileage reimbursement. As of the time of this job posting, this figure is based on the recent average of our highest-earning one-third of drivers. It is provided to demonstrate earning potential but does not represent guaranteed wages or guaranteed earnings. Results vary based on hours and shifts worked, delivery volume, customer tips, customer service, order accuracy, ability to navigate, mileage, and other factors. Important: Any mileage amount shown is reimbursement for the business use of your personal vehicle and is not wages or tip income . It is included only to show the full amount a driver may receive from the store. Actual wages, tips, reimbursement, and total amounts vary. Customer tips and mileage reimbursement are paid nightly . Efficiency Without Cutting Corners We want drivers spending their shifts making deliveries—not standing around waiting unnecessarily for orders. That means management works hard to keep the store organized, prepare orders quickly, and keep deliveries flowing. But once you leave the store, safe driving takes priority over speed. Our efficiency focus applies inside the store—not to taking risks on the road. Drivers are expected to obey traffic laws, follow speed limits, wear seat belts, avoid distracted driving, and adjust for weather, traffic, and road conditions. We will never ask you to speed, rush a delivery, or sacrifice safety to complete another delivery. More deliveries should come from an organized store and efficient operations—not unsafe driving. If conditions require you to take additional time, take it. We want every driver finishing every shift safely. A Job That Can Go Somewhere Management opportunities may be available after approximately 90 days for employees who demonstrate strong performance, dependability, and leadership potential. What You'll Do Your primary responsibility is safely delivering customer orders. Between deliveries, everyone pitches in. You'll help with: Order assembly Food preparation Answering phones Taking orders Cleaning Helping the store prepare for busy periods Technology That Helps Our franchise provides access to the Domino's Experience app and Beans apartment mapping app , giving drivers apartment maps and available gate information directly on their phones. What We're Looking For At least 18 years old 2+ years of licensed driving history Reliable personal vehicle Required automobile insurance Comfortable using GPS/navigation Some night and weekend availability Professional customer service Commitment to safe driving No previous delivery experience is required.
