Delivery Driver & Helper

Job Summary As a Delivery Driver/Helper, you’ll keep deliveries moving safely and smoothly from the warehouse to customers. You’ll help prepare, load, transport, and unload orders, provide courteous customer service, and use mobile devices to support route driving and delivery updates. Your impact: Careful handling and dependable delivery help customers receive their orders safely and on schedule. Responsibilities Load and unload products, using safe lifting practices and material handling equipment such as a pallet jack when appropriate. Drive a van, box truck, or other assigned vehicle; follow routes and adhere to traffic regulations. Assist with moving and placing items, including heavy lifting and workplace weight-handling procedures. Use mobile devices to review delivery details, navigate routes, and record completion. Represent the delivery team with professional, helpful customer service. Requirements Relevant experience in delivery driving, as a delivery driver, courier, or van driver; commercial driving or commercial truck driving experience is helpful. Ability to drive safely and meet applicable Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations and workplace procedures. Ability to perform manual handling, load and unload products, and follow safe lifting practices. Warehouse experience or familiarity with warehouse operations and material handling equipment is preferred. A valid ability to operate the assigned vehicle is required; manual transmission experience and personal vehicle delivery experience are helpful. Assembly of HomeGoods is required, tools provided. This position is Monday thru Friday with the possibility of an extra day on the weekend. This is a 26-foot box truck with liftgate. DOT Medical Card required.
