Delivery Driver/Grocery Stocker

Job Summary We are looking for a reliable Delivery Driver and Grocery Stocker to join our team. In this role, you will deliver a variety of store orders directly to customers, including catering food, groceries, floral arrangements, and gift baskets. When you are not making deliveries, you will work in the store to help stock shelves, and keep inventory organized. Added benefit, delivery drivers keep 100% of tips earned from residential catering deliveries. Responsibilities Transport large catering orders punctually using company box trucks and vans. Provide premium, "white-glove" delivery by carefully transporting catering orders directly inside the customer’s home, kitchen, or designated area according to their preference. Monitor and maintain strict food safety standards during transit, ensuring hot and cold catering items remain at regulated temperatures. Navigate delivery routes safely, adhering to all traffic laws, DOT regulations, and company safety protocols. Provide exceptional, professional customer service at drop-off sites, handling last-minute customer requests or order discrepancies with a smile. Assist with store-side tasks including unloading freight, managing inventory, rotating stock and maintaining clean, organized storage and retail spaces. Use mobile devices or delivery apps to manage routes and update delivery statuses. Experience Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (MVR check required). Prior experience operating commercial vehicles, specifically box trucks and vans is preferred. Prior experience in catering, food delivery, or hospitality is highly preferred. Exceptional punctuality and the ability to work under tight schedules to meet strict event deadlines. Strong customer service skills with a professional attitude during deliveries.
