Warehouse Location: 217 Elliot Dixon Dr, Ayden, North Carolina 28513 Start Time: 5:00 AM Vehicle: Driver's personal vehicle Pay: Based on package volume delivered We are a new and disruptive delivery company servicing the Pitt-Greenville region, we are looking for reliable and motivated Delivery Drivers to join our growing delivery team. Drivers use their own personal vehicles to complete assigned delivery routes and are compensated based on the volume of packages successfully delivered . This is a great opportunity for dependable individuals who enjoy working independently, staying active, and earning based on the amount of work they complete. What You'll Do Arrive at warehouse in Ayden at 5:00 AM . Check in and receive your assigned packages and delivery route. Load and organize packages safely in your personal vehicle. Use proprietary delivery application and GPS/navigation to efficiently complete your route. Deliver approximately 60–300 packages per route , depending on the assigned route and daily volume. Delivery stops are 1-3 minutes apart, delivering in a 5-10 mile zone for the day. Safely and accurately deliver packages to customers. Follow delivery procedures and customer-service standards. Keep packages organized throughout your route. Report delivery issues, damaged packages, or other problems to operations staff. Complete all assigned deliveries within the same day and NO return to station. Pay Structure Your pay is based on the volume of packages you deliver. Because routes can vary in size, drivers may deliver approximately 60 to 300 packages on a typical route. Higher-volume routes provide the opportunity to earn more based on the number of packages successfully delivered. More packages delivered = higher earnings potential. Specific compensation rates and route details will be provided during the hiring process. Previous delivery experience is a plus, but not required. Drivers are responsible for using their own personal vehicle to complete deliveries. Your vehicle should be clean, reliable, safe, and have enough cargo space for your assigned route.
