Your day-to-day will include: Safe Delivery & Transport: Operating vehicles safely while maintaining a professional presence on the road. White-Glove Delivery: Safely transporting, unloading, and staging furniture in customers' homes and businesses. Precision Logistics: Matching SKUs, ensuring paperwork accuracy, and staging merchandise for delivery. Warehouse Excellence: Operating hand-trucks, dollies, and pallet jacks to receive and move large quantities of stock. Physical Stamina: Regularly lifting 75 lbs and handling up to 250 lbs with equipment. Inventory Accuracy: Matching SKUs on shipping slips to staged furniture and ensuring all outbound paperwork is 100% accurate. Warehouse Synergy: Unloading trucks, organizing shipments, and maintaining a clean, safe workspace. Team Synergy: Communicating clearly with supervisors and engaging vendors and customers with a positive attitude. What We’re Looking For Driving History: A good driving record is required. Background: Must be able to pass a comprehensive criminal background check. Availability: Standard hours are M-F, 9 AM – 5 PM , though occasional evenings or Saturdays may be required based on business demands. Mechanical Aptitude: Ability to use basic tools (drills, screwdrivers, Allen wrenches) and follow assembly instruction manuals. Experience: 1+ years in furniture delivery, assembly, or logistics is preferred (but we will train the right candidate!). Attitude: A positive, professional demeanor when engaging with vendors and customers in their homes. Physicality: Comfortable standing, walking, pulling, and pushing for the duration of your shift.
