Deliver and service Food Service and Full-Service Vending accounts by driving an established route to fill machines, performing minor equipment repairs, and invoicing customers to ensure beloved brands like Pepsi, Gatorade, and Aquafina are available to communities safely, reliably, and on time. What You’ll Do Drive a PepsiCo truck on an established route to vending and/or foodservice customer locations Service each scheduled stop by filling equipment with product and ensuring the machine is clean and presentable Remove cash/change as applicable and reconcile documentation using a handheld device (training provided) Update tags, point-of-sale (POS) materials, pricing accuracy, and product selection to local standards Maintain overall functionality of equipment and periodically perform minor repairs (for example, clearing coin jams) as needed Settle daily cash and charges and reconcile to truck/equipment inventory following required procedures Comply with operating procedures (scan-in/scan-out, designated route, accurate records) and maintain regular, reliable attendance Minimum Qualifications 21 years or older Valid U.S. Driver's License (if applicable) Pass DOT physical and Road Test (if applicable) Position includes lifting, loading, and pushing/pulling cases ranging from 20-45 pounds repeatedly over 10-12 hour work period (with or without accommodation) Position includes pushing a hand truck, reaching, bending and squatting while delivering and merchandising product (with or without accommodation) What to Expect On-the-Job Training: Learn the role through hands-on and classroom training High Energy Workplace: On the go for most of the day in a fast‑paced, hands‑on environment that involves lifting, bending, and moving product throughout your shift Health & Lifestyle Benefits: As a full‑time team member, you’ll be supported with competitive pay, meaningful benefits, and opportunities to grow a long‑term career at PepsiCo.
