Delivery Driver & Flower Shop Assistant
ConfidentialJob Summary Rachelle’s Flowers in El Paso is hiring a reliable, hardworking Delivery Driver & Flower Shop Assistant. This position includes BOTH making deliveries and helping inside the flower shop. You will deliver orders as needed throughout your shift, then return to the shop to help with orders and daily tasks between deliveries. Pay: $10 per hour for all hours worked, including deliveries and work inside the shop.Job type: Part-time or full-time. Responsibilities: ● Deliver flowers carefully and on time. ● Follow delivery instructions and communicate politely with customers. ● Keep the shop updated on delivery progress and any issues. ● Return to the shop after completing assigned deliveries. ● Help prepare and package orders, assist customers, organize supplies, clean, and support the team as needed. Requirements: ● Valid driver’s license and a safe driving record. ● Ability to use GPS and follow instructions. ● Reliable attendance and punctuality. ● Ability to carry and load floral arrangements carefully. ● Friendly, professional attitude and willingness to learn. ● Ability to stay productive and work efficiently in a busy environment. ● No floral experience required. Full availability is required for both part-time and full-time applicants, including weekdays, weekends, and busy floral holidays. Scheduled hours will depend on business needs.
