Delivery Driver – Flexible Schedule – Full-Time, Part-Time & Weekends – $25.00–$26.50/hr – Van Provided – No Experience Needed Where you'll work: this job is based at our station at 315 Shuksan Way, Everett, WA 98203, about 20 minutes north of Shoreline. Every route starts and ends there. Flexible schedule - pick your days. Work weekends only, part-time, or up to 4 days a week (10-40 hrs). Fits around classes or another job. Shifts start around 10:30 AM, so you miss rush hour both ways. Beautiful drives, no Seattle routes. Urban Horizon Group LLC is an Amazon Delivery Service Partner based at the DWS4 station in Everett, WA. Our routes run east of Everett through Snohomish, Lake Stevens and Monroe, all the way out to Baring. We don't deliver in Seattle or downtown city areas, so you get scenic drives instead of city traffic. Pay and benefits $25.00–$26.50 per hour, paid bi-weekly Paid training from day one Health, dental and vision insurance for full-time employees (30+ hours a week) 401(k) Paid time off $125 work shoe credit Referral program Delivery van, fuel, handheld device and uniform provided Sleep in and still work a full day Shifts start around 10:30 AM and run up to 10 hours Full-time: up to 4 days on and 3 days off, about 40 hours a week Part-time: as few as 10 hours a week Weekend-only schedules available What you'll do Drive a company-provided delivery van, starting and ending your day at our Everett station Load your van and deliver packages along an app-guided route that navigates you stop to stop Deliver excellent customer service at every stop Follow all traffic laws and drive safely in all weather and road conditions What to expect This is an active job. You'll be in and out of the van all day, walking, climbing stairs and working outdoors in all weather. If you'd rather be moving than sitting at a desk, it's a good fit. What you'll need Be at least 21 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S. A valid driver's license (standard license, no CDL required) Ability to lift and deliver packages up to 50 lbs A background check and driving record review are required. Records are reviewed individually; a minor violation won't necessarily disqualify you No delivery experience necessary. We train you.
