Our Delivery Associates are the backbone of our operation, keeping everything moving at full speed. By making sure our technicians have the right materials at the right time, you play a direct role in delivering the 5-star service our customers expect every day! Job Responsibilities Prioritizing and completing daily delivery routes, including transporting materials to job sites and picking up from vendors Operating a company vehicle (primarily a box truck) safely in all weather and traffic conditions Coordinating with field technicians to ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials for immediate job use Assisting with warehouse operations including load-outs, unloading, and receiving incoming deliveries Performing heavy lifting and material handling using proper equipment and safety procedures Conducting vehicle inspections, maintaining cleanliness, and following all safety protocols while reporting any issues Other duties as assigned Pay and Benefits Pay: $39,000 -$44,000/annually based on experience Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm (eligible for overtime over 40 hours/week) Weekly Paychecks Health Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance Pet Insurance Met Law Short-Term and Long-Term Disability Employee Wellness Program Employee Discounts 10 days of Paid Time Off (PTO) per year, plus an additional 5 days after reaching 5 years with TR Miller 7 paid holidays Regular company events and outings throughout the year President’s Club – Annual all-expenses-paid trip for top performers + guest Tuition Reimbursement 401(k) plan with a 4% company match A family.
