Delivery Driver – Independent FedEx Ground Contractor Company: NorthStar Courier Job Type: Full-Time: Thursday-Monday Schedule Pay: $50,000.00-$81,000 per year+ Yearly Safety Bonus Job OverviewAre you reliable, energetic, and ready to hit the road? NorthStar Courier Inc is an Independent Service Provider for FedEx Ground. We are looking for professional, dependable delivery drivers to join our team.In this role, you will safely operate a commercial delivery vehicle, navigate local routes efficiently, and provide excellent service by delivering packages directly to homes and businesses. No commercial driving experience? No problem! We provide paid training. Position Requirements Age: Must be at least 21 years old . Driver's License: Must possess a valid, standard driver's license. Background Check: Must pass a strict criminal background check and standard E-Verify screening. Driving Record: Must have a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) with no recent major violations or excessive tickets. Health & Screening: Must be able to pass a DOT physical exam and a pre-employment drug screening (which includes marijuana testing per DOT federal guidelines). Physical DemandsThis is a highly physical, fast-paced job. You will be moving throughout your entire shift. Must be able to lift, push, and pull packages frequently. Must be able to handle heavy packages up to 150 lbs utilizing a provided hand truck/dolly. Must be comfortable climbing in and out of a delivery truck and walking up stairs in all weather conditions (rain, snow, heat). ✨ What We Offer Competitive Pay Paid Training: We set you up for success from day one.
