Delivery Driver

Come GROW with us! Spring Logistics is looking for Delivery Drivers to safely deliver packages to Amazon customers! We need individuals who are committed to showing up, working hard, and putting safety first. Having grit and striving for excellence will get you far as a Delivery Driver for Spring Logistics. Our best delivery drivers are driven, problem solvers, and are excited to contribute to a strong team environment. Pay: $22.75 per hour Key Duties: Drive Safety : obey laws, wear your seatbelt, never speed/tailgate/text and drive. Repeatedly lift and carry packages up to 50 lbs Organize packages for efficient delivery Follow all local & state laws, road/driving regulations, and Company policies Deliver smiles and bring joy to customers with quality deliveries Be willing to learn and GROW! Requirements: Must be at least 21 years old Must be authorized to work in the United States Must successfully pass a 4-panel Drug Screening Must have a current valid driver's license Must have a satisfactory motor vehicle report (multiple violations can disqualify you from the position) Must have good English speaking, reading, writing / commmunication skills Capable of performing active job : 8 to 12 miles of walking while lifting, climbing stairs, and constantly moving Must be available to work holidays Must commit to working either Saturday every week or Sunday every week Benefits: 10 hour shifts from 11:20 am to about 9:50 pm 2 - 15 minute paid breaks, 30 minute lunch break Flexible schedule: 2 days for Part Time, 3-4 days for Full Time Paid Time Off Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401K We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
