Delivery Driver

Job Summary As a Delivery Driver, you will deliver bulk water to primarily rural, residential tanks in Douglas County, OR. Good customer relations is important to us, so being friendly is a must. Our work hours typically consist of weekdays, 7-3, with some fluctuation (more in summer. less in winter). Must be able to lift and roll hoses, climb hills, and navigate the truck successfully loaded and unloaded. Must be able to commute to Melrose for the foreseeable future. Responsibilities Drive delivery vehicles on planned routes and follow applicable Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations and safety procedures. Load, unload, and transport products using safe lifting practices; the role may require heavy lifting. Confirm orders, handle basic math for counts and transactions, and communicate delivery updates or issues to clients. Build customer relationships through responsive service, clear communication, friendly demeanor. Do your best to work with the rest of the team when necessary. Your impact: Safe, dependable deliveries help customers receive their Water Experience Required: Valid driving credentials CDL Class B with Tanker endorsement REQUIRED Can Pass a Criminal and Health Background Test Preferred: Commercial truck driving, route driving, or automobile transportation experience. Customer service, sales, retail store experience, and customer relationship building are valuable. Strong communication, client communication, and organizational skills; comfort with basic math and pricing. Ability to lift and move products safely; familiarity with DOT regulations is an advantage. Pay: From $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week Work Location: In person
