Package Delivery Driver – Full-Time & Part-Time Geldmacher Last-Mile Solutions Job Overview Geldmacher Last-Mile Solutions is seeking reliable, hardworking individuals to join our team as Package Delivery Drivers. We are recruiting drivers for established package delivery routes throughout Maryland and the Washington, DC metropolitan area. We are looking for dependable individuals who take pride in their work, prioritize safety, and can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. No previous delivery experience or CDL is required. Paid training is provided. Available Positions Full-Time Delivery Drivers Part-Time Weekend Drivers – Saturday and Sunday Only Multiple work locations available Responsibilities Safely operate company-provided delivery vehicles on assigned routes Load, organize, transport, and deliver packages Follow assigned delivery routes and schedules Use handheld devices to scan packages and confirm deliveries Follow all company safety procedures and DOT regulations Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle Provide professional and courteous customer service Work independently while maintaining communication with dispatch and management Requirements Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record Ability to pass a background check and drug screening Ability to meet DOT medical qualification requirements Reliable transportation to and from work Ability to lift and carry packages throughout the workday Ability to work in various weather conditions Strong work ethic, punctuality, and dependability Ability to work independently and manage time effectively What We Offer Paid training No CDL required No previous delivery experience necessary Full-time and part-time weekend opportunities Established delivery routes Multiple work locations Opportunity for long-term employment Who We’re Looking For We value individuals who show up on time, work safely, take responsibility, and get the job done right.
