We bring the fun to the party, and we need reliable, physically strong individuals to help us deliver, set up, and tear down event equipment across the valley. This isn’t your average 9-to-5. We work when the party happens, which means non-traditional hours and high-energy environments. The Details Pay: $22.00 – $26.00 per hour Job Type: Full-Time and Part-Time available Location: Based in Tempe, serving the greater AZ area The Schedule (Please Read Carefully) Our schedule is event-based . Because most parties happen on the weekends, you MUST be available to work all day Friday and Saturday at a minimum. Non-traditional hours: Early mornings and late-night pick-ups (often around 10:00 PM – 11:00 PM) are standard. Hiring for Full Time (40 hours, weekdays, Friday, Saturday and Sunday) and Part-Time (just Friday & Saturday) If you need a consistent Monday–Friday office schedule, this is not the role for you! Key Responsibilities Heavy Lifting: You will be independently loading, unloading, and maneuvering heavy commercial inflatables and event equipment. This is a highly physical role that requires stamina and significant strength. Driving: Safely operating pickup trucks with trailers and/or box trucks to various event sites. Set Up & Teardown: Efficiently inflating equipment, securing it for safety, and returning at night to pack it all back up. Professionalism: You are the face of our company. You must remain calm, reliable, and professional, especially in fast-paced event environments like corporate events or large festivals. Requirements Must have a valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record. Towing Experience: Comfortable driving and reversing a pickup truck with a trailer. Physically Capable: You must be able to handle heavy lifting (100+ lbs) and stay active on your feet for long shifts. We are looking for quick but careful workers. Experience: Background in moving, logistics, warehouse work, or event production is highly preferred. Reliability: You are the key to a child’s birthday party or a couple’s wedding.
