This is a physically active position delivering packages to residential and commercial locations using company-provided delivery vehicles. Drivers work independently throughout the day, follow assigned delivery routes, and maintain high standards of safety, reliability, and customer service. We are seeking dependable individuals who demonstrate professionalism, consistent attendance, and a commitment to safe driving practices. Pay & Work Schedule Starting pay of $22.50 per hour , paid biweekly. Typically four scheduled workdays per week, with shifts of approximately 10 hours. Open availability required Monday through Sunday, including weekends and holidays. Scheduled workdays and hours may vary based on operational needs and are not guaranteed. Overtime may be required and is compensated in accordance with applicable law. Required meal and rest breaks are provided in accordance with company policy and applicable law. Job Responsibilities Safely operate company-provided delivery vehicles. Load, organize, transport, and deliver packages to residential and commercial locations. Use handheld devices for navigation and delivery tracking. Follow all traffic laws, safety requirements, and company procedures. Perform required pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections. Maintain professional communication with dispatch and management. Handle packages carefully and follow delivery instructions. Assist with additional deliveries when assigned based on operational needs. Minimum Qualifications Must be at least 21 years old due to delivery vehicle operation requirements. Possess a valid driver's license. Meet applicable driving eligibility requirements. Successfully complete required background screening, motor vehicle record checks, and pre-employment drug testing, as permitted by applicable law. Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation. Ability to frequently walk, climb stairs, and enter and exit a delivery vehicle, with or without reasonable accommodation. Ability to perform outdoor delivery duties in varying weather conditions. Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality. Open availability, including weekends and holidays, is required, subject to applicable accommodation laws. Previous delivery experience is preferred but not required. Compensation & Benefits $22.50 per hour, paid biweekly. Overtime compensation in accordance with applicable law. Paid training. Company-provided delivery vehicle and fuel for assigned routes. Paid time off (PTO) accruing at a minimum rate of 0.04 hours per hour worked, including regular and overtime hours.
