Cannabis Delivery Driver Key Responsibilities Safely transport cannabis products between licensed facilities following predetermined routes Verify and document all delivery manifests and chain of custody paperwork Conduct vehicle inspections before and after each shift Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and route information Follow strict security protocols during transport and delivery Verify receiving party credentials and authorization at delivery locations Verify age and identity of patients receiving deliveries Report any security concerns, vehicle issues, or delivery discrepancies immediately Maintain constant communication with dispatch team during routes Ensure all products are properly secured during transport Follow DOT regulations and maintain driver logs as required Required Qualifications Must be 21 years of age or older Ability to pass criminal background check Valid driver's license with clean driving record Access to a cell phone with cell service Excellent driving record with no major violations Strong knowledge of local traffic laws and road safety Professional appearance and communication skills Basic math skills for inventory and cash handling Preferred Qualifications Previous delivery or courier experience Experience in cannabis industry Knowledge of DOT regulations Familiarity with local geography and routes Physical Requirements Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly Sit for extended periods while driving Enter/exit vehicle frequently throughout shift Load and unload delivery vehicles Navigate various weather conditions Handle products with care and attention Working Conditions Primarily driving and vehicle-based work Various weather conditions Multiple stops throughout shift Security-focused environment Professional interaction with clients Compliance Requirements Must maintain all required state and local permits Follow all regulations Adhere to company security protocols Maintain accurate delivery documentation Ongoing compliance training participation Benefits Competitive hourly wage - $17.00 Employee discount program Growth opportunities within the company Job Type: Part-time Pay: From $17.00 per hour Expected hours: 25.0 – 50.0 per week Benefits: Health insurance Paid time off Work Location: In person
