Delivery Driver

Job Summary As a Delivery Driver, you’ll keep orders moving safely and reliably from the store to customers. You’ll plan and follow routes, handle products with care, and create a positive customer experience at every stop. This active role combines driving, customer service, and sales support, with opportunities to build customer relationships and represent the store on the road. Duties Drive assigned routes and transport merchandise safely, following applicable Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations and company procedures. Load, unload, and move products using safe lifting practices; the role may involve heavy lifting. Communicate clearly with customers about deliveries, resolve routine questions, and support strong client relationships. Assist with pricing, merchandising, and product recommendations, including appropriate upselling, to support sales. Keep delivery records organized and use basic math to verify orders, quantities, and related details. Your impact: Careful driving and clear customer communication help customers receive the right products safely and on time. Experience Required: Valid driving qualifications for the assigned vehicle and a safe driving record; commercial driving or commercial truck driving experience is preferred. Required: Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills, with the ability to follow routes and delivery instructions. Preferred: Retail store experience, sales, pricing, merchandising, or customer relationship-building experience. Preferred: Familiarity with automobile transportation, route driving, basic math, and safe lifting practices.
