Delivery Driver

Please Note MUST HAVE OWN VEHICLE FOR THIS POSITION Duties Safely operate box trucks or personal vehicles for local deliveries, ensuring compliance with DOT (Department of Transportation) regulations and traffic laws Load and unload materials using material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and manual handling techniques, practicing safe lifting practices to prevent injury Deliver goods directly to customers’ locations while providing exceptional customer service with professionalism and courtesy Assist with warehouse operations including inventory management, stock replenishment, and organization of storage areas Use mobile devices to track deliveries, update route information, and communicate effectively with team members Load & unload shipments efficiently while adhering to weight handling guidelines and safe manual handling practices Maintain accurate delivery logs, vehicle inspection records, and warehouse documentation to ensure compliance and safety standards are met Qualifications Proven experience as a delivery driver or warehouse worker, with familiarity in warehouse operations and material handling equipment operation Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) or driver’s license suitable for operating box trucks or personal vehicles for delivery purposes Experience driving manual transmission vehicles preferred; ability to operate manual handling equipment such as pallet jacks required Strong understanding of adhering to traffic regulations, DOT regulations, and safe lifting practices in the workplace Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and professional demeanor during deliveries Ability to lift heavy loads safely and perform physical tasks involving moving items throughout the workday Reliable transportation with a clean driving record; experience with route driving is advantageous This role offers an engaging environment where your driving skills and physical stamina will be valued.
