Delivery Driver Driven By Faith LLC is a growing delivery company in the Spokane/Airway Heights area, and we’re looking for motivated, dependable, and safety-focused Delivery Drivers to grow with our team. Starting pay is $24.00 per hour. What You’ll Do As a Delivery Driver, you’ll operate a company-provided delivery van and deliver packages to homes, apartments, businesses, and other locations throughout the Spokane area and surrounding communities. You’ll be provided with a company device that gives you your route and turn-by-turn directions. No delivery experience is required—we provide training and help prepare you to safely and confidently complete your routes. This is an active position. Throughout the day, you’ll be getting in and out of your vehicle, walking, lifting and carrying packages, climbing stairs, and delivering outdoors in different weather conditions. On particularly heavy days, drivers who successfully finish their own route and then complete an approved rescue to assist another driver may be eligible for a rescue bonus. Weekend availability is important because our delivery operation runs seven days a week. Schedules and hours may vary based on route volume and business needs, particularly during busy seasons. What We’re Looking For We’re looking for people who are dependable, positive, and willing to work hard. You do not need previous delivery experience to be successful here. Successful drivers should be comfortable driving for extended periods, working independently, following safety procedures, using GPS/navigation technology, repeatedly entering and exiting a delivery vehicle, and working outdoors in changing weather conditions. You should also be willing to support your teammates when needed. We operate as a team, and communication and reliability are extremely important to us. Applicants must meet all applicable driving, employment, background, and motor vehicle record requirements for the position.
