Delivery Driver

Overview As a Delivery Driver, you’ll bring products to customers safely and reliably while creating a positive experience at every stop. You’ll plan and follow routes, handle merchandise with care, and communicate clearly with customers and team members. This role combines driving, customer service, and practical sales skills. Duties Drive assigned routes and transport merchandise, in line with applicable Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations. Load, unload, and move products using safe lifting practices; the role may involve heavy lifting. Confirm deliveries, organize paperwork, and keep delivery and vehicle records accurate. Build customer relationships through professional client communication, responsive service, and appropriate upselling. Support merchandising and retail store tasks, including receiving orders at store location, restocking product throughout store, etc. Experience Required: Valid qualifications for the assigned vehicle and a safe driving record; ability to follow route instructions and DOT regulations. Required: Customer service, communication, and organizational skills, plus basic math for checking orders, and quantities. Required: Ability to lift and move merchandise safely, with or without reasonable accommodation. Preferred: Route driving, and familiarity with automobile transportation. Preferred: Retail store experience, sales, upselling, merchandising, and customer relationship building.
