Delivery Driver / Courier – Part-Time or Full-Time (both roles are open) Pittsburgh Popcorn Company | Western Pennsylvania Schedule: Monday–Friday, approximately 6:00 AM – 12:00 PM Employment Type: Part-Time, or Full-Time (both roles are open) Vehicle: Company-provided delivery van Position Overview Pittsburgh Popcorn Company is looking for a dependable, organized, and self-motivated Delivery Driver / Courier to join our growing distribution operation. This position focuses primarily on delivering packaged popcorn products to grocery stores, hotels, retailers, and other wholesale customers throughout Western Pennsylvania. We are looking for someone who enjoys being on the road, working independently, and completing an organized daily delivery route. This is an excellent opportunity for someone seeking consistent morning hours, with the potential to transition into a full-time position as our distribution network expands. Key Responsibilities Complete daily delivery routes to grocery stores, hotels, and other retail locations throughout Western Pennsylvania. Review, print, and organize daily delivery routes and paperwork using a computer each morning. Follow an efficient, preplanned delivery schedule, with most stops approximately 20 minutes apart. Safely load, unload, and transport products using a company-provided delivery van. Use hand trucks, dollies, and other equipment to move products into customer locations. Use an iPad to document deliveries, confirm drop-offs, and maintain accurate delivery records. Communicate professionally with store managers, receiving personnel, and customers. Assist with occasional receiving, inventory organization, and general warehouse tasks when deliveries are completed. Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle and follow safe driving practices. Qualifications Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record. Comfortable operating a delivery van. Ability to safely lift, carry, and move boxes and products using a dolly or hand truck. Basic computer skills, including printing documents and reviewing delivery schedules. Comfortable using an iPad or similar tablet. Strong organizational skills, punctuality, and attention to detail. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Friendly, professional attitude when interacting with customers. Previous delivery, courier, route driving, or distribution experience is preferred but not required. Schedule & Work Environment The anticipated schedule is Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to approximately 12:00 PM , although actual hours may vary based on delivery volume and route requirements. Our goal is to provide five days of work each week. This is a route-based position: once the day's deliveries and any assigned receiving or organizational tasks are completed, the workday is finished. Most of the day will be spent driving and making deliveries rather than working inside a warehouse. All deliveries take place within Western Pennsylvania.
