Delivery Driver / Courier (Owner-Operator)

Job Description Eksa Logistics Inc. is a growing last-mile delivery company providing reliable parcel delivery services across the Greater Toronto Area. We are currently seeking 5 dependable and motivated Owner-Operator Delivery Drivers for regular delivery routes in Vaughan, Ontario. We are looking for individuals who take pride in their work, demonstrate professionalism, and are committed to providing excellent delivery service. Key Responsibilities * Pick up assigned parcels from the designated pickup location. * Complete daily delivery routes safely and efficiently. * Scan packages and update delivery statuses using a mobile application. * Ensure timely deliveries and accurate proof of delivery. * Handle packages carefully and professionally. * Communicate delivery exceptions or operational concerns promptly. * Maintain a high standard of customer service. Compensation & Route Details * Compensation: $90 base per route + $0.75 per package. * Weekday Volume: Approximately 100–120 packages. * Weekend Volume: Approximately 65–95 packages. * Pickup Window: 6:00 AM – 8:00 AM. * Delivery Deadline: 8:30 PM. * Location: Vaughan, Ontario. * Route Availability: Regular delivery opportunities. Package volumes are estimates and may vary based on operational requirements. Compensation is based on the assigned route and applicable payment terms. Requirements * Own a reliable vehicle (sedan, SUV, minivan or van). * Valid driver’s licence. * Valid vehicle insurance and registration. * Smartphone with an active data plan. * Ability to lift, carry and deliver packages. * Strong time management and organizational skills. * Ability to work independently. * Previous courier or last-mile delivery experience is an asset but not mandatory.
