Delivery Driver / Courier – Own Vehicle Required Location: San Jose / Hayward, CA Loading Hubs: San Jose and Hayward, CA Vehicle Required: Personal Car or Minivan Industry: Final-Mile Logistics / Package Delivery Job Description We are an established and growing logistics company operating from delivery hubs in San Jose and Hayward, California . We are seeking dependable, motivated, and professional delivery drivers to support our expanding final-mile delivery operations throughout the Bay Area and surrounding Northern California regions. We are looking for individuals who own reliable vehicles, have strong time-management skills, and take pride in providing safe, efficient, and professional delivery service. Previous courier, parcel delivery, or last-mile delivery experience is preferred. Motivated applicants with reliable vehicles are also encouraged to apply. Delivery Service Areas Our delivery network serves the following areas, subject to route availability: South Bay / Santa Clara County San Jose, Santa Clara, Sunnyvale Milpitas, Mountain View, Cupertino Campbell, Morgan Hill, Gilroy East Bay / Greater Bay Area Hayward, Fremont, Union City San Leandro, Oakland, Richmond Concord, Pittsburg, Antioch San Mateo, Palo Alto, San Francisco Monterey County / Salinas Valley Salinas, Marina, Seaside, Monterey Castroville, Gonzales, Soledad Greenfield, King City Santa Cruz County Watsonville, Aptos, Capitola Santa Cruz, Scotts Valley, Soquel San Benito County Hollister, San Juan Bautista Other Northern California Service Areas Sacramento and surrounding communities Stockton, Tracy, Manteca, Modesto Additional locations based on operational needs Important: Loading Hub Requirements All drivers must be able to report to one of our two loading hubs: Hayward, CA San Jose, CA Drivers will collect and scan their assigned packages before departing for their designated delivery routes. Delivery territories may extend beyond the immediate Bay Area. Applicants should consider the distance between their residence, assigned loading hub, and delivery territory before applying. Vehicle Requirements Must own a reliable, well-maintained car or minivan Valid driver's license and clean driving record Vehicle must be suitable for transporting packages Smartphone required for navigation, scanning, and delivery applications Responsibilities Load, scan, organize, and deliver assigned packages Complete residential and commercial deliveries accurately and on time Meet established delivery and pickup commitment times Maintain accurate proof-of-delivery records Communicate delivery progress, delays, and exceptions to dispatch Maintain vehicle reliability and appropriate breakdown contingency plans Follow established operational and customer service standards Qualifications Previous delivery, courier, or logistics experience preferred Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated Strong communication and time-management skills Comfortable using delivery applications and GPS navigation Ability to work independently Physically capable of repeated lifting, loading, and unloading Familiarity with Bay Area or surrounding Northern California delivery locations is an advantage Compensation Pay: TBD based on experience Compensation and route details will be explained during recruitment.
