Job Synopsis: Delivery Driver & Construction Labor Hybrid Company: United Building Group (UBG) Position: Flatbed Delivery Driver / Masonry & Concrete Laborer Pay: Up to $25.00/hour (commensurate with skill level and experience) Location / Travel: 90% local work within the DMV area (DC/MD/VA); no overnight stays required CDL Requirement: CDL NOT required Position Overview United Building Group is seeking a dependable, multi-talented Delivery Driver & Laborer to transport materials to job sites and support site operations. You will operate medium-duty flatbed delivery trucks (Ford F-550 or similar) for scheduled deliveries across the DMV area. When delivery routes are light or unscheduled, you will work on-site assisting skilled crews with masonry and concrete repair projects. Key Responsibilities Driving & Logistics: Safely operate F-550 flatbed trucks (and similar non-CDL commercial vehicles) to deliver tools, materials, and equipment to project sites across the DMV region. On-Site Construction Support: Assist masonry and concrete repair crews on active job sites with labor tasks, material staging, mixing, and cleanup during non-delivery hours. Federal Site Compliance: Maintain appropriate credentials to access highly secure federal project sites. Requirements & Qualifications Driving Experience: Proven experience operating non-CDL large flatbed delivery trucks (e.g., Ford F-550 or equivalent size). Clearances & Citizenship: Must be a U.S. citizen and able to pass rigorous background checks for security clearances required on high-security federal job sites. Drug Screening: Ability to pass a mandatory pre-employment drug screen and any client-required random screenings. Labor Readiness: Willingness to perform physical labor on masonry and concrete repair projects when not actively driving.
