Compensation & Earning Potential $1.30 per package successfully delivered. $0.40 per additional package delivered to the same address. Compensation is based on successful deliveries, not hourly wages. Drivers typically complete approximately 15–40 packages per hour, depending on experience, route density, and delivery area. Typical Daily Package Volume: New Drivers: Approximately 100–150 packages per day. Experienced Drivers: Approximately 200–250 packages per day. Package volume depends on driver experience, route availability, and daily operational needs. Estimated Daily Gross Earnings (Before Expenses) daily: 100 packages = $130 150 packages = $195 200 packages = $260 250 packages = $325 Examples assume each package is delivered to a separate address at the $1.30 rate. Actual earnings vary based on package volume, multiple packages to the same address, and successful deliveries. Drivers are responsible for their own vehicle expenses and applicable taxes. Schedule & Availability We operate 7 days a week, 365 days a year, providing consistent delivery opportunities throughout the year. Full-time opportunities available. Preference given to drivers available 6–7 days per week, including weekends. Consistent attendance and punctuality are essential. Daily package volume may vary based on operational demand. We are especially interested in drivers seeking steady, long-term delivery opportunities. Job Overview As an Independent Contractor Delivery Driver, you will use your own personal vehicle to pick up packages from our warehouse and deliver them to residential and commercial addresses within your assigned delivery area. Drivers are responsible for scanning, sorting, organizing, and loading their packages before beginning their routes. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working independently, staying active, and earning based on the number of successful deliveries completed. Key Responsibilities Arrive at the warehouse on time for scheduled pickups. Scan, sort, organize, and load assigned packages into your vehicle. Follow assigned delivery routes and use navigation tools efficiently. Deliver packages accurately and within required delivery windows. Capture clear proof-of-delivery photos when required. Handle packages carefully and professionally. Communicate delivery issues or delays promptly. Provide professional customer service when interacting with recipients. Maintain a reliable, clean, and properly insured personal vehicle. Demonstrate consistent attendance and dependable availability. Driver Requirements Valid driver’s license. Reliable personal vehicle suitable for package deliveries. Current vehicle insurance. Smartphone capable of running delivery and navigation applications. Ability to lift, carry, and organize packages. Ability to work independently and manage assigned deliveries efficiently. Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills. Dependable attendance and punctuality. Availability for regular delivery work, including weekends. Previous delivery experience is preferred but NOT required.
