Delivery Driver - Commercial- CDL NOT required

Position Title: Driver (Non-CDL) Pay: Starting at $24+/hour based on experience and qualifications Schedule: Full-time, 40+ hours per week Position Summary We are seeking a dependable and safety-focused Driver to join our team. This position does not require a CDL; however, a valid Medical Examiner’s Certificate (DOT Medical Card) is required. Candidates with prior driving or delivery experience are preferred, and a CDL Class A license is a plus. Responsibilities Safely operate company vehicles to transport materials, equipment, or deliveries Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections Maintain accurate delivery and mileage records Load and unload materials as needed Follow all DOT regulations and company safety policies Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and team members Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of assigned vehicle Assist with warehouse or yard duties when not driving Qualifications Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Current DOT Medical Examiner’s Certificate required Previous commercial driving or delivery experience preferred CDL Class A license is a plus, but not required Ability to lift and move materials as needed Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality Ability to work overtime and flexible hours as needed Benefits Competitive hourly pay based on candidate experience Overtime opportunities available Stable full-time schedule Opportunity for advancement Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Paid sick time Paid time off Paid training Vision insurance Work Location: In person
