Delivery Driver/Coffee Roaster

Join Our Small Coffee Company! We’re looking for a dependable, hardworking, and enthusiastic team member to help keep our coffee business running smoothly. This position combines local delivery driving with hands-on coffee roasting in a friendly, small-business environment. Position Details Pay: $20 per hour Hours: 30–35 hours per week Position: Part-time Schedule: Flexible, with a mix of delivery and roasting responsibilities Responsibilities Deliver fresh coffee to local cafés, businesses, and customers. Safely load, transport, and unload coffee orders. Assist with roasting, packaging, labeling, and preparing coffee for delivery. Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace. Provide friendly, reliable service to our customers. Work as part of a small team where everyone pitches in. Qualifications Valid driver’s license and a good driving record. Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented. Able to lift and carry bags and boxes of coffee. Comfortable working independently and as part of a team. Willingness to learn the craft of coffee roasting. Previous experience is a plus, but not required. What We’re Looking For Someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys being active, and appreciates good coffee.
