Delivery Driver (Class 1)

Delivery Drivers (Class 1) (Full Time Hours Guaranteed) At E.G. Penner Building Centres Ltd., a COR Certified supplier, we strive to be the premier building, home improvement and design centre in Southeastern Manitoba. We are currently looking for a Delivery Drivers (Class 1) to join our Transportation team. Key Responsibilities: · Delivery of products over established routes and to construction sites. · The correct loading and unloading of vehicles. · Recording of delivery information and ensuring overall vehicle safety. · Operate the delivery vehicle in a safe manner, obey all rules of the road and follow all company policies and procedures. Skills and Qualifications: · A valid driver’s license and a clean driver’s abstract are required. · Experience operating a forklift and/or Moffat is required. · Physically fit with the ability to bend, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs. repetitively. · Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. · Attention to detail, strong time management and organizational skills. · Have excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with customers and co-workers in a professional manner.
