POSITION SUMMARY We are looking for a reliable, organized, and responsible Driver to support our dry-cleaning operations across Ontario. The primary objective of this role is to ensure the safe, accurate, and timely transportation of garments between our dry-cleaning service provider and Stitch It retail locations. The successful candidate will play an essential role in maintaining the efficiency of our dry-cleaning operations, ensuring garments are properly handled, deliveries are completed on schedule, and our company vehicle is maintained in excellent working condition. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Transportation & Delivery Operations Safely transport garments between our dry-cleaning service provider and designated Stitch It stores throughout Ontario. Follow assigned delivery routes and schedules to ensure timely pickups and drop-offs. Load and unload garments carefully, ensuring they are properly organized, secured, and protected during transportation. Verify garments and orders during pickups and deliveries to ensure accuracy and completeness. Maintain accurate records of garments collected and delivered, including any discrepancies. Coordinate with store teams and the dry-cleaning provider to ensure smooth daily operations. Promptly report missing garments, damaged items, delivery delays, or other operational concerns. Operational Support & Communication Maintain professional and respectful communication with store employees, the dry-cleaning provider, and the Operations team. Ensure all garments are handled with care to prevent damage, loss, or contamination. Keep pickup and delivery documentation organized and up to date. Communicate any route changes, delays, or unexpected situations affecting service timelines. Assist with other related operational or logistics tasks as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS Valid Ontario driver's licence with a clean driving record. Previous experience as a Delivery Driver, Route Driver, or in a similar transportation or logistics position preferred. Familiarity with Ontario roads and the ability to follow multiple delivery routes efficiently. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work independently, manage schedules, and follow instructions. Reliable, punctual, responsible, and committed to maintaining high service standards. Ability to perform physical tasks, including loading, unloading, lifting, and carrying garment bags or packages. Good communication skills in English. Previous experience in dry cleaning, laundry services, or retail distribution is an asset.
