This is a full-time, hourly, non-exempt delivery driver job based out of our Sinse Lakefront facility in Earth City, MO, with a clear weekly rhythm: roughly 70% statewide deliveries, 10% local deliveries, and 20% onsite work supporting order fulfillment and fleet readiness. About the Role BeLeaf Medical is one of Missouri’s leading vertically integrated cannabis companies, made up of Swade Dispensaries and Sinse Cannabis. As our Cannabis Delivery Driver, you’ll be the face of the company to the customers we serve — delivering cannabis flower and manufactured/infused products promptly across the state while keeping every order accurate, compliant, and secure. You’ll partner closely with our Logistics Team on routing and scheduling, and you’ll split your time between statewide deliveries (about 70%), local deliveries (about 10%), and onsite work (about 20%). What You’ll Do Safe, On-Time Deliveries Deliver high-quality cannabis products to customers across Missouri in a safe, courteous, and timely manner. Contact customers ahead of arrival to confirm delivery details. Load and unload packages at each destination, determine merchandise placement, follow safety and lifting protocols, and conduct safety reviews. Build and maintain outstanding customer relationships — every stop represents our brands. Vehicle & Route Readiness Inspect delivery vehicles and ensure the safety and security of the loading and unloading process. Collaborate with the Logistics Team on delivery routing and scheduling. Help maintain company vehicles, including scheduling service and driving vehicles to service appointments. Compliance & Documentation Review and verify invoices and purchase requests for accuracy. Maintain delivery logs and records, applying a basic understanding of METRC (Missouri’s seed-to-sale tracking system) as it relates to order manifests and customer acceptance of orders. Onsite Fulfillment Support Assist with in-house order fulfillment, including stickering, labeling, route planning, and order packing. Maintain a clean, organized work environment and a culture of professionalism. What We’re Looking For Valid Missouri Class E driver’s license — no commercial driver’s license (CDL) required. High school diploma or equivalent. Must be at least 21 years of age, with the ability to obtain a Missouri Agent ID. Some previous experience in a customer-facing role.
