Job Title: Delivery Driver – Cargo/Sprinter Van Owner – $250 per Route (1099) Company: Spearhead Freight Solutions Job Type: Independent Contractor (1099) Pay: $250 per completed route, paid weekly Work Location: In person Spearhead Freight Solutions is seeking reliable Independent Contractor Delivery Drivers who have their own Cargo or Sprinter van. Ideal candidates have excellent customer service skills, communicate professionally, and can work independently. Responsibilities - Pick up and deliver packages along assigned routes. - Follow customer delivery instructions and provide accurate proof of delivery. - Handle packages carefully and communicate route updates or delays. - Maintain a clean, reliable vehicle. Requirements - Own a Cargo or Sprinter van. - Have a valid driver’s license and current auto insurance. - Have a smartphone for delivery apps and communication. - Be able to lift and carry packages as needed. - Complete any required background screening. - Complete the mandatory pre-screening form. Schedule - Start time: 6:00 a.m. - Routes available Monday–Sunday. - Opportunities for long-term route assignments.
