Delivery Driver - cargo and sprinter van

Love driving, traveling, and seeing different parts of the country while you work? We are looking for a dependable and motivated Over-the-Road Driver to join our logistics team. Our drivers transport freight throughout the United States using cargo vans and Sprinter-style vehicles. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys driving, working independently, and taking pride in providing safe, reliable, and professional service. Please note: This is a long-distance driving position, not a local delivery route. Drivers must be comfortable with extended travel, overnight and multi-day trips, changing destinations, and time away from home. Responsibilities Safely pick up, transport, and deliver freight throughout the United States Use navigation and logistics applications to manage routes, pickups, and deliveries Safely load, secure, and unload freight as needed Maintain regular and professional communication with dispatch and customers Maintain accurate delivery, mileage, fuel, and shipment records Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections Take responsibility for the professional care of the assigned vehicle, including cleanliness, fluid and tire checks, routine maintenance, and promptly reporting mechanical concerns Help prevent avoidable breakdowns and downtime through proper vehicle care and preventative maintenance Adapt to changing routes, schedules, weather conditions, and customer needs Qualifications Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Able to pass a background check Delivery, courier, route-driving, or long-distance driving experience preferred Cargo van or Sprinter experience is a plus Comfortable with extended travel and time away from home Able to use smartphone-based navigation, logistics, and communication apps Strong English communication and customer service skills Dependable, punctual, organized, and able to work independently Comfortable driving in varying road and weather conditions Physically able to safely load, unload, and move freight as required Responsible and proactive about vehicle maintenance and care A Good Fit for This Position We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys being on the road , communicates well, adapts when plans change, and can be trusted to get the job done without constant supervision. Successful drivers understand that reliability goes beyond delivering freight on time - it also means taking care of the vehicle, communicating with dispatch, representing the company professionally, and being willing to go where the freight takes you.
