Contract Delivery Driver — Greater Austin (Pflugerville, TX) Position Type: Independent Contractor (1099) Location: Warehouse pickup in Pflugerville, TX Delivery Area: Greater Austin — Round Rock, Pflugerville, and surrounding areas About the Role We're looking for reliable, self-motivated independent contract drivers to deliver packages throughout the Greater Austin area. You'll pick up packages each day from our warehouse in Pflugerville and deliver them across your assigned route. Most packages are small and easy to handle, making this a great fit for drivers who want steady daily volume and predictable, per-package earnings. What You'll Do Pick up packages daily from our Pflugerville warehouse Deliver 150–200 packages per day on average Complete deliveries efficiently throughout the Greater Austin delivery radius (Round Rock, Pflugerville, and surrounding areas) Provide safe, professional, and timely service to every stop Pay $1.80 per package on average At 150–200 packages/day, that's approximately $270–$360 per day Paid as a 1099 independent contractor What You Need Your own vehicle — sedan, SUV, or truck all qualify (most packages are small) Valid driver's license and current auto insurance Reliable, on-time, and able to work independently Smartphone for route navigation and delivery scanning Ability to safely lift and handle small packages throughout the day Why Drive With Us Consistent daily volume — steady routes, steady income Local routes — stay within the Greater Austin area Flexible, contractor-based work — be your own boss Small, easy-to-handle packages — no heavy freight This is an independent contractor (1099) position.
