Delivery Driver

Responsibilities Safely operate various types of delivery vehicles, including commercial trucks and automobiles, following all DOT (Department of Transportation) regulations and safe lifting practices Plan and execute efficient delivery routes, ensuring timely arrival at each destination while maintaining organizational accuracy Load and unload merchandise with proper heavy lifting techniques, ensuring product safety and integrity during transportation Build positive relationships with clients through professional communication, addressing their needs and providing excellent customer service Upsell additional products or services when appropriate, leveraging sales skills to enhance customer satisfaction and company revenue Maintain accurate delivery documentation, including route logs, delivery confirmations, and client communication records Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues promptly to ensure safety and compliance Requirements Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience with commercial truck driving or automobile transportation preferred Strong knowledge of route driving, traffic laws, and DOT regulations for commercial vehicles Basic math skills for pricing calculations, inventory management, and transaction processing Excellent communication skills for client interaction and team coordination Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while adhering to safe lifting practices Retail store experience or merchandising background is a plus for understanding product handling and presentation Demonstrated organizational skills to manage routes efficiently and keep accurate records Prior experience in customer relationship building, sales, or upselling is desirable Join us as a Delivery Driver and become an essential part of delivering happiness!
