TCR Logistics Inc., an independent contracted service provider for FedEx Ground, is seeking dependable, safety-focused, and hardworking individuals to join our delivery team! No previous delivery experience is required! We provide paid training to help you develop the skills needed to become a successful delivery driver. We are looking for individuals who are motivated, responsible, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Position Details Dispatch Location: 300 Mossy Head Plaza Dr., DeFuniak Springs, FL 32435 Delivery Routes: Fort Walton Beach, Navarre, and Gulf Breeze Full-Time: Open availability required, including weekends Part-Time: Weekend positions available Start Time: Must be available to report by 7:30AM Training Pay: $150 per day Driver Pay: $170 per day once fully trained and operating independently Pay Schedule: Weekly Benefits We value our team members and offer: Health, dental, and vision insurance after 90 days of eligible employment One week of paid vacation after one year of service for eligible employees Prorated holiday pay after 90 days of eligible employment Paid training Weekly pay Opportunities for professional growth Qualifications & Requirements To qualify, applicants must: Be at least 21 years old Possess a valid driver's license (CDL NOT required) Meet company and FedEx Ground motor vehicle record requirements Have no disqualifying driving violations, including serious speeding or impaired-driving offenses Successfully complete required background screening Pass a pre-employment drug screening and DOT physical Be physically capable of safely handling packages weighing up to 150 lbs. with appropriate equipment or assistance Be comfortable completing approximately 110 or more delivery stops and handling 180 or more packages per day, depending on route volume Have reliable transportation to and from the dispatch location Have a working mobile phone Be dependable, punctual, and available for assigned shifts Work independently while maintaining communication with management Follow all company safety procedures and delivery standards Provide professional and courteous customer service Job Responsibilities Safely operate a company-provided delivery vehicle Perform required pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections Load, organize, transport, and deliver packages efficiently Follow assigned routes and delivery instructions Properly scan and document package deliveries Maintain communication with dispatch and management Follow all applicable DOT, FedEx Ground, and company safety requirements Handle packages with care and maintain professional customer interactions Report vehicle issues, delivery concerns, and safety incidents promptly Who We're Looking For Our ideal candidate is someone who: Shows up on time and is ready to work Takes safety seriously Is comfortable with a physically active job Can work outdoors in various weather conditions Communicates effectively Has a positive attitude and strong work ethic Is willing to learn and grow with our company Experience in delivery, transportation, warehouse operations, or logistics is a plus, but not required.
