Delivery Driver/Budtender/On-Call

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic, energetic, and highly adaptable Delivery Driver / Budtender / Receptionist (On-Call) to join our vibrant retail environment. Responsibilities & Duties Collaborative & Team Support (All-Hands-on-Deck) Maintain a team-first mindset by proactively stepping in to support colleagues across delivery, reception, security, and budtending as floor traffic fluctuates. Assist with daily operational tasks , including light cleaning, facility upkeep, inventory counts, and organizational needs to ensure a flawless workspace. Demonstrate ultimate flexibility , eagerly transitioning between driving, customer service, and front-desk duties at a moment's notice. Reception, Security & Compliance Greet and welcome patients and customers with a warm, professional demeanor as they enter the facility. Verify proper identification , medical cards, and documentation to ensure strict compliance with state regulations before allowing floor access. Manage visitor check-in processes using intake software while monitoring front-door safety. Uphold excellent phone etiquette by answering inquiries, routing calls, and managing phone orders or delivery requests. Sales & Budtending Provide knowledgeable consultations and educate customers about available cannabis products, strains, and consumption methods. Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately, including strict cash handling and payment processing. Assist customers with selections , maximizing opportunities for upselling and promoting repeat business. Maintain store merchandising standards by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and keeping products well-presented. Delivery Operations Safely operate company vehicles to deliver orders promptly, securely, and efficiently to customers’ locations. Validate delivery manifests , inspect product integrity, and accurately collect and log payments upon delivery. Adhere to all local laws , traffic rules, and state cannabis delivery regulations during transport. Experience & Qualifications Must be available on weekends - Sundays required. At least 2 years of dispensary experience required , illustrating clear knowledge of compliance and comfortability within the cannabis industry. OR At least 2 years of retail experience required, illustrating knowledge and comfortability within the consumer industry. A proven track record of adaptability , showing a strong work ethic and a "no task is beneath me" attitude in fast-paced or startup environments. Prior experience in reception , front-desk operations, or customer service is highly preferred. Prior security experience is preferred but not required; candidates must be willing to obtain security training for compliance purposes. Strong knowledge of POS systems , cash management, and basic math skills for precise inventory tracking and checkout workflows. Excellent communication skills , multi-tasking abilities, and top-tier phone etiquette for engaging with customers professionally.
