Minuteman Press Boca Raton has been serving South Florida businesses for over 45 years, and we're looking for a Delivery Driver + Bindery Operator who likes staying busy. Part of your day, you'll drive our company van and deliver finished print jobs to customers around Boca Raton. When you're not on the road, you'll be in our bindery folding, cutting, packing, and finishing jobs before they ship. What you'll do Drive the company van to deliver printed materials and supplies to customers in Boca Raton and surrounding areas Load, unload, and secure boxes safely so nothing gets damaged on the way Plan efficient routes and keep deliveries on schedule Get customer signatures and keep delivery records accurate Do quick vehicle checks and report any maintenance needs Fold, collate, insert, and package printed jobs in the bindery Learn to run finishing equipment — folders, cutters, stitchers, collators Check your work for quality and keep your work area clean, organized, and safe What we're looking for Valid Florida driver's license with a clean driving record and at least 2 years of driving experience Reliable — you show up on time, every day Safe driver — you follow traffic laws and company safety rules Careful hands — comfortable with repetitive, detail-oriented work Able to lift and carry boxes up to 50–75 lbs repeatedly, and stand for long periods Customer-friendly — you're polite and professional at every drop-off Comfortable using a smartphone for navigation and delivery confirmations Flexible — happy to switch between driving and bindery work as the day needs A good attitude and willingness to learn — no bindery experience needed, we train you Pay & schedule $15–$20/hr, based on experience, with raises as you learn the equipment Full-time, day shift, Monday–Friday — no nights Company van provided for deliveries, with fuel and maintenance covered Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week Benefits: Paid time off Application Question(s): Do you have a valid Florida driver's license, a clean driving record, and driving experience?
