Role Description This full-time, on-site Delivery Driver role is based in Baltimore, MD. The Delivery Driver is responsible for safely operating company vehicles to pick up, transport, and deliver products to designated locations within scheduled timeframes. Day-to-day tasks include loading and unloading items, verifying delivery documentation, following assigned routes, and maintaining communication with dispatch or supervisors. The role also involves providing courteous customer service at delivery sites, handling basic inquiries, and ensuring orders are accurate and complete. Drivers are expected to follow all traffic and safety regulations, perform routine vehicle checks, and report any incidents, delays, or maintenance needs promptly. Qualifications Strong Customer Service skills, with the ability to interact professionally and courteously with clients and team members. Experience with Forklift Operation or similar material handling equipment, and safe loading/unloading practices. Training and Sales experience, particularly in explaining products or services and supporting customer needs. Background in Food & Beverage delivery or handling is helpful for roles involving perishable or specialty items. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and familiarity with local routes in and around Baltimore, MD. Ability to lift and move packages safely, stand for extended periods, and work in varying weather conditions. Reliable time management, attention to detail in documentation, and adherence to company safety and compliance standards. High school diploma or equivalent preferred; prior delivery or logistics experience is an advantage.
